Promoting appropriation and implementation of the National Education 10-Year Plan by education agents in the country.
Dynamizing follow-up and assessment mechanisms of the the National Education 10-Year Plan to consolidate the national network of education agents by working on the implementation of the Plan throughout the country.

PNDE established the conformation of a National Follow-Up Commission and Regional Follow-Up Commissions for each certified Education Department.
This network is the social base to promote implementation of the Plan in the regions.
The network is complemented by the PNDE coordinators belonging to certified Education Departments.

Fostering the measurement of the goal advances for the the National Education 10-Year Plan by conforming and consolidating the Plan's Observatory.
