What is the benefit of PNDE for rulers and education agents in the country?

PNDE 2006-2016 establishes guidelines for the whole Colombian society about the vision of education towards year 2016, and in that sense it is a reference for planning the education actions by rulers and education agents in the country in such a way that they aligning their own statements and interests with the guidelines of the PNDE and, in that fashion, advances can be made in terms of education development of Colombians towards a common horizon.
