Who is responsible for the implementation of PNDE?

PNDE is a social pact and a citizen mandate as a result of an ample participation process which determines the guidelines that have to show the direction of education in the country up to 2016. However, its participatory nature did not smother with its formulation but it rather keeps intact since as part of its implementation all education agents in the country are involved as jointly responsible players. PNDE established concrete tasks for all interest groups related to education within their fields of action. For this reason, execution of PNDE is no exclusive task of the Colombian State but also that of all education agents.
